Kawaii Club Membership: subscription and cancellation policy

The Kawaii Club Membership is a yearly membership. It costs $250 per year and renews automatically each year on the anniversary of your purchase, charged to the card you used to buy it. We’ll let you know before a renewal if the price changes.

What you get: your membership year starts the day you buy it. You get Kawaii Club VIP status and members-only deals at Kawaii Corner for the full year.

Stopping auto-renew: you can stop auto-renew at any time by asking us in store at Kawaii Corner or by contacting us at [store email]. You keep your membership and all benefits until the end of the year you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. After a year ends, you have 14 days to renew and keep your VIP status.

Refunds: if you change your mind, you can request a refund within [14] days of a charge, as long as no member benefits have been used in that year. A refund ends that membership year and stops auto-renew.

Card problems: if a renewal charge doesn’t go through, we’ll email you a secure link to update your card and try again. If it still can’t be charged, the membership pauses until the card is updated.

Gift memberships renew automatically each year on the card used to buy the gift, unless the person who bought it asks us to stop.
